Founded in 1977, the Chicana Latina Foundation (CLF) provides young Latina students with scholarships, mentoring, and leadership development opportunities to support their college readiness and retention. Last year alone, CLF awarded $7,500 in scholarships to young women in the South Bay and engaged more than 150 of them in skill-building workshops at local community colleges and universities. A proud supporter of CLF since 2001, the foundation recently awarded multiyear core operating support to the organization.
